Logistics distribution at OGSB Maternity Hospital for strengthening Infection Prevention and Control measures

icddr,b, with support from United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) have been working together to strengthen the triage and IPC at Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Bangladesh (OGSB) Maternity Hospital. As part of their activities, a logistics distribution program was organised by icddr,b on 29th  September 2020 at OGSB Maternity Hospital.

 

The following logistics protocols were provided to OGSB Maternity Hospital: basin with accessories; soap/liquid soaps; venturi masks; paddle bins; three-layer surgical masks; nasal oxygen cannulas; fingertip pulse oximeters; inferred thermometers; full set of Personal Protective Equipment for healthcare providers; and hand mike and posters.

 

The hospital director of OGSB Maternity Hospital, healthcare providers and representatives from UNFPA and icddr,b were present at this programme.
